Im breastfeeding and supplementing with formula. for past few days he is refusing to nurse from me. He always demands bottle and i have to pump him regularly. He is very fussy and spit ups a lott. He doesnt likes Dr. browns. So im planning to buy avent but i have read lot of reviews saying it leaks a lott. So what will work better for my baby??

Bottles are easier to suck on than the breast, so he could be getting "lazy" about nursing. I found that my daughter was getting a lazy latch with the playtex wide mouth bottles and switched to another brand with the air vents, still wide mouthed. The only time they leak is if I don’t put the bottom ‘gasket’ thing in properly- I do it slowly and methodically as I unload the dishwasher and they are fine.
Ive been reading a lot about these, and they seem to be good.

with my first child i had the same problems with bottles and i found that the wide nipple bottles seem to reduce the gas and spit up the best. I like the playtex Ventaire wide bottles.
The only bottles we ever used were the Playtex drop-ins system. Since you can squeeze the liners to remove air, they’re supposed to cut down on gas and fussiness.
VENT AIR, THEY ARE WONDERFUL. I LOVE THAT THEY DON’T HOLD AIR LIKE THE OTHER ONES DO. AND U CAN TRY THE AR LIPIL FORMULA FOR SPITUP, OR GENTTLEASE FOR FUSSINESS.
I second the Drop-Ins nomination. My daughter is primarily breast-fed, but we use the drop-ins occasionally with much success.
I’ve used both and the reviews are right the Avent leak really bad. The Dr. Browns worked the best for my daughter. They are a pain to clean but they really reduce the amount of air your baby swallows. Good luck.
Use playtex drop ins I only used those because you can take the air out of them.
