   I disassemble mine and run it through the dishwasher.

   I don’t sterilize mine very often but I do wash it in warm soapy water after every use.

   Your meant to sterilize all babies bottles/utensils etc untill they are 1 year old.
   I think with something like a breast pump this would be even more important as they are not the most easy things to clean!!!

   I sterilized mines after every use because it was tricky to clean.

   If you dont want to sterilize every time make sure you clean it thoroughly, as the milk thats in it is going into your little ones tum.

   I wash mine after every use with warm soapy water and sterlize it every time before I use it again. I would recommend that you do.

   I did. I don’t really use mine anymore but when I was pumping regularly (while I was working and my son was still exclusively breastfed) I used to wash it in warm soapy water, take it all apart and put it in the steriliser everytime I used it. A lot of hard work!

   Wash it thoroughly after every use. It won’t keep sterile if you put it in a cupboard so sterilise it each time Before you use it.

   Surely it’s better to be safe than sorry
