Also i bought two breast pumps an electric from playtex and a hand pump from avent? does using the breast pump more than the breast itself make you get lower supply of milk?

I missed the news report, so I don’t really know what’s going on. My son currently uses Avent bottles, so are they safe to use? I’d really rather not go out and buy all new bottles, especially since my pump is also Avent, and then I would need to buy a new pump as well. Help?

Are these breast pumps beter than medale breast pumps

i have philips avent isis manual pump and i tried to express milk last week and i managed to express less than an ounce only….again i tried to express this morning and i managed to express little more than one ounce? my 9 week old boy takes the bottle very nicely and i am worried that why am i not able to express more…today morning was my second attempt using the pump…i wish to really express a lot in the sense i want to store it up so that i can use it later for my lovely one…also can u pls guide me in storing the milk…i am really new to this concept of expressing and storing…i am scared whether my little dude would catch cold because of refrigrated milk…mums pls do share ur experience in becoming successful in this regard…i really appreciate all your patience in answering my question…thank you very much from the bottom of my heart

the medela harmony manual pump? I recently broke my avent isis manual pump which had started to lose its suction anyway then I bought the first years electric pump and it takes forever to me and makes me sore. I cannot afford to buy another electric one like the medela electric which i’ve read is great. Does it make sense to buy the medela manual?

For moms who breastfeed and pump- what bottle do you prefer? I am going to use the Ameda Purely Yours breast pump. I was going to use Avent bottles (and buy the conversion set) but with all the BPA stuff, I wanted to know what other kinds of high quality bottle worked well with breastfeeding. I will be using bottle for the day and breast when I am with him, so he will be switching back and forth.
