It is brand new and as small as a manual pump but it is electric. I used the Avent manual last time and only pump occassionally but wondered if the electric is better?

What’s the best electric breast pump out there?

I’m currently working 11 hours a day and its very hard for me to breastfeed in between. I have an Avent and Medela manual pump but it get tiring to use. I’m worried that my milk supply will get low if I don’t pump as often but it is tiresome. I want to buy an electric pump but I want something that will work well. The price doesnt matter as long as it works well. HELP !!!!!

What bottles work with the Medela In Style pump?

I am working on a baby registry for our first baby. What other bottles work with the Medela In Style pump besides the Medela brand? Playtex? Avent? Gerber?
I also am looking for bottles that reduce colic and gassiness.

What’s wrong with my new, expensive pump?

I’m trying to build up my supply and since my last cheap Evenflo pump broke, I had been using an Avent manual pump and even though I was getting less than an ounce, at least I was getting something.
Today my Medela Pump in Style Advance arrived and I’ve tried it three times so far. The PISA feels stronger but I only get 1-3 drops out of my right breast and one out of my left –but the drops never even make it to the bottles! I’ve tried it on all different settings and played around with the let down features, but still nothing. It seems to be worst than the manual. Am I doing something wrong or do my breasts just need to get used to it???
I’ve contacted a LLL leader, am taking Fenugreek, tea for nursing mothers, and yes, I know my supply is low and will be contacting my OB for Reglan. It dwindled when I went back to work and didn’t nurse as much. I’m trying to relactate so I can at least feed my son a few bottles at night.

i just wondered on average it takes to pump a 9oz bottle?? and are they worth buying because they are a bout £90 to buy which is a lot of money so i want to know its worth it, also if anyone has used one whats the best ones. or any tips for better manual pumping, i have an avent one at mo
iam planning to breast feed for about 18 months because i love it so much!!

how do i choose a breast pump?

i want to register for one…and only had to use the little handheld avent pump with baby #1 (it was awful! and slow!) but now i need to shell out for the double electric pump. i want to buy my own. how do i know which one i will like? do stores let you try them? what is considered the best? is it slow like the handheld? thanks!!!!
i will be working 30 hours a week and estimate i will pump at most 1-2 times a day. i think it’s between medela and ameda. a lot of people DON"T like the medela pump in style.

i have got a brand new one and i am still confused whether it will be effective in pumping ? i have a 9 weeks old baby who is exclusively on breast fed and i am looking forward to introduce bottle at nights so he can sleep little longer ? and also i could use it when i go out as well as it is too embrassing to feed him in public…ur suggestions are heartly appreciated and thankyou very much for answering my question

Avent or Medela breast pump?

Medela Swing or Avent Isis electric? The thing is, if it doesn’t work I can’t just return it. I’m having someone bring it from the states and i’m living in Nicaragua.
