Is AVENT BREAST PUMP made of polycarbonate?

Help! Do you or have you used an Avent pump?

I bought an Avent hand pump a week ago and I love it! I’ve been using it every day, several times a day, and it’s been working better than the electric pump I have.

Well, for the last couple of days it seems as though I can’t pump longer than a few minutes before I hear a "pop!" and the suction stops working. I have to take apart the pump and reinsert the little white round piece that fits in the whole. Something happens and it causes the white round piece to pop out of place. I’m having to disassemble the pump and fix it in place several times before I finish pumping! It’s very irritating and time consuming . . . :(

It worked great in the beginning, but it just recently began giving me this problem! Any ideas why?

P.S. Yes, I do have the white round piece inserted the correct way. :) Oops . . . that fits in the *hole* not whole. :)

avent breast pump little white bit replacement?

i have an avent isis manual breast pump, i think i lost the little white bit down the sink when i washed it, it doesnt have any suction without it, any ideas what i can use instead or where i can get a new one? thankyou

I was wondering if anyone uses (or has used) this pump and if you HAVE to use Advent bottles with it or if you can use other bottle types as well.

In England, thanks.

Where can i buy a spare rubber shield that fits into the breast part of the Avent iss uno breast pump.

I’m in the UK

Looking to purchase a manual pump although electric pumps are better. I don’t want to spend a lot of money so I found these two but not sure which one is better. Either Medela harmony or Avent isis. I will be a stay at home mom so I would only need this if I have to pump that is why I don’t want to purchase such an expensive product like the Medela electronic pump. any reviews on which one is better?

Philips Avent Manual pump ? ?

I have the madela harmony pump and its pretty good. I find that at times I have to adjust it to keep the suction right it’s annoying. I’m thinking of getting the avent pump it had just as good reviews as the madela pump.

Has any one used the manual avent pump, and what did you think? I going to be working 2 days a week for 4 hours so I need a ok pump no need for electric.

it takes lot of time,i can express milk by hand better than that pump.what should i do,i assemble it as per instructions, can anyone give any tips to make it work.what should i do?
